How cooperation begins
A working relationship with CntrBiz-CA begins only after a discovery conversation followed by a written engagement document. That document defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, confidentiality obligations and the law governing the engagement. Until such a document is signed, no advisory, brokerage or operational obligations exist between the parties.
Confidentiality
Information shared during inquiry, discovery and engagement is treated as confidential. Where the nature of the case requires, we sign a separate non-disclosure agreement before substantive discussions.
Compliance
We work exclusively with verified counterparties and maintain strict compliance with applicable sanctions regimes, anti-bribery legislation and international documentation standards. We reserve the right to decline an engagement if such requirements cannot be met.
