Who processes your data
CntrBiz-CA, a business advisory operating from Almaty, Kazakhstan, is the controller of the personal data submitted through the contact form on this website. Inquiries are reviewed by the founder and the engagement team.
What we collect
We process only the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, organization, business email, the cooperation area you select, and the description of your request. We do not collect special-category data and we do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.
Why we process it
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and conduct the resulting business correspondence: scheduling a discovery call, sending a structured proposal, exchanging documents, and maintaining our cooperation history with your organization.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry data for the time required to assess and respond, and — if the conversation continues — for the duration of our engagement plus the period required by applicable accounting and tax regulations. Inquiries that do not lead to engagement are deleted within 24 months.
Sharing and security
